Over 70% of the work we complete are for property management lions. We understand the schedule and time restraints put on property managers in today's competitive market. We also recognize that the small jobs are just as important as the big ones. Only then will we contact the manager for a walk through of the work completed. Since the work has been previously inspected, this keeps the walk through to a minimal time. All work will be completed on time and on budget, which keeps the Associations happy. We will set up, as needed, any special billing, notification or work requirements to your current system. In short, we will try our best to keep the homeowners and board members pleased which keeps complaint calls to a minimum and property managers happy.
